Here's why I'm writing:
I am working with a project called Yes We Can (and no it's not Obama connected ) - we're working with creating a web page for physically disabled young persons over all of europe. Your picture "Wheelchair Wallpaper" or parts of it would serve as an awesome logo for this web page. Now we pretty much don't have any money to offer but we would love to use your picture and hope that you would give us the permission to use the above mentioned picture for the web page.
